Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we sell wholesale Christmas decorations to trade customers in the United Kingdom.

Last updated: 5 May 2026

1. About us

This website is operated by SPX Brands UK Pvt Ltd (trading as PolarX Ornaments). We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12132391) with our registered office at The Oakley, Kidderminster Road, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 9AY, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is 328 9918 50.

You can contact us by email at info@polarxornaments.co.uk or by phone on 0121 285 5166.

2. Trade-only sales

Our website is a wholesale (B2B) platform and is intended for use by trade customers only — typically retailers, garden centres, hospitality businesses, and other commercial buyers. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying in the course of a business and not as a consumer. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to business-to-business sales.

New trade accounts are subject to approval. We may refuse or close any account at our discretion.

3. Orders & pre-orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate at checkout. Shipping is charged in addition.

Many of our products are sold as pre-orders for the seasonal Christmas range. The expected dispatch window shown at checkout is an estimate; we will keep you updated and ship as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has committed.

4. Pricing & minimum order quantities

Prices, case sizes and minimum order quantities are shown on each product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing the order if a material error is found.

5. Payment

We accept payment by debit/credit card (processed securely by Stripe) and, for approved trade accounts, against agreed credit terms (typically 30 days from invoice). Late payment may result in interest being charged at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Delivery & risk

Delivery is to the address you provide at checkout. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. You must inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any shortage or visible damage within 3 working days.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, photography, product designs, copy, software) is owned by or licensed to SPX Brands UK Pvt Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Limited reuse of product photography for the sole purpose of reselling our goods you have purchased is permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier failure, transport disruption, fire, flood, strikes, or government action.

11. Data protection

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version on this page on the date you place the order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
